Multipurpose set of modules to extend the Lua standard library

$ luarocks install wax

Wax aims to be the bridge between Lua and its standard library and the jungle of possibilities expected of a general-purpose language, while adhering to the Lua way, which means it wants to be simple and not get in the way of the programmer.

Wax focuses primarily on use on desktops and servers running Linux and, by extension, UNIX, but also any other environment that fits the use of these operating systems, such as cell phones, IOT etc.
