numextra

Numeric Extra is a collection of (unofficial) complementary functions
for Numeric Lua. It provides some basic statistical functions like var,
corr, std, ..., principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis.
Also, this library provides some additional functions to ease matrix handling.
